Totem. Cirque du Soleil

The Cirque du Soleil presents its latest production in Madrid: Totem. Written and directed by Robert Lepage, this show travels through human evolution from amphibians to the ultimate desire to fly, through a collection of incredible circus techniques. The performance includes a cast of 46 acrobats, actors, musicians and singers from 16 countries.

The Royal Theatre in collaboration with the Royal Opera House of London and the Resident Choir and Orchestra of the Royal Theatre, present a new performance of the most classical and beautiful story by Giacomo Puccini. The musical beauty, the dramatic efficiency, the orchestral movements and the sentimental narration make La Bohème one of the most loved operas.


Fitur 2018

Fitur, the international tourism trade fair, celebrates its 38th staging from January 17 to 21, 2018.  Fitur is a global meeting point for tourism professionals and the leading trade fair for inbound and outbound Ibero American markets. In 2017 Fitur has beaten the participation record with 9,893 exhibiting companies from 165 countries/regions, 135,858 trade participants and 107,213 people from the general public.

Among the participation figures of note was the increase of  18.8% of international trade visitors compared to the previous staging. Moreover, the volume of agendas organized by Fitur within the different B2B has reached 6,800 business appointments. The attendance of 7,452 journalists is a turnout that shows the importance of FITUR on the international circuit of tourism sector events.
